SALON POLICIES:

​Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

We accept Apple Pay, PayPal (Buy Now Pay Later), AfterPay, and all 

forms of credit and debit cards.

Important Appointment Guidelines

  1. Masks are optional, based on your preference.

  2. Please come alone; children are not permitted inside the salon.

  3. Absolutely no eating is allowed in the salon.

  4. Complimentary snack bar available for your convenience.

Health & Safety
If you are experiencing COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms, please contact your healthcare provider and wear a mask at all times while in the salon.

Consultations & Deposits
All consultation fees and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Lateness & No-Show Policy

  • Appointments will be canceled after a 15-minute delay, and a full no-show fee will apply.

  • Same-day cancellations and rescheduling will incur a no-show/cancellation fee.​
